3. Services & Packages

DijitalKobi offers services in predefined packages (such as Basic, Standard, and Premium) as well as custom solutions.

Any service, feature, or request not explicitly listed in the selected package is not included unless agreed in writing.

4. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed exclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required before any service work begins.

Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment.

DijitalKobi reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Project Brief & Client Responsibilities

After payment, clients are required to complete a Project Brief Form.
This step is mandatory to initiate the service.

The client is responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete project information

Supplying required content, credentials, and approvals

Responding to feedback and review requests in a timely manner

Delays caused by missing or incomplete information may result in project delays, for which DijitalKobi bears no responsibility.

6. Delivery & Revisions

Delivery times are estimates and depend on timely client cooperation.

Revision limits are defined by the selected service package.

Requests exceeding the included revisions or altering the original scope may be subject to additional fees.

Significant scope changes require a new quotation and timeline.

7. Domain & Hosting Services

Domain and hosting services are included only in specific packages, as stated on the service page.

Domain costs must not exceed USD 15 unless otherwise agreed.

Clients who already own a domain or hosting must provide valid access credentials.

DijitalKobi is not responsible for third-party domain registrars or hosting provider outages.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients are granted a license to use the final delivered work for their business purposes.

Ownership of third-party tools, plugins, themes, fonts, or assets remains subject to their respective licenses.

DijitalKobi reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless explicitly prohibited by a written agreement.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

Refunds are not available once work has started.

If work has not yet commenced, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Completed or partially delivered services are non-refundable.

10. Taxes & VAT

Taxes are calculated based on the client’s billing information.

For eligible business customers, reverse charge may apply where legally permitted.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax-related information.

11. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party platforms, software, or integrations.
DijitalKobi is not responsible for changes, interruptions, pricing updates, or limitations imposed by third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DijitalKobi shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of business, revenue, or data

Delays caused by third-party services or client actions

DijitalKobi’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

13. Confidentiality

All project-related information shared by clients is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or necessary to perform the service.

14. Modifications to the Terms

DijitalKobi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be published on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Türkiye.
